These terms apply to the DegreeBazaar website and mobile apps operated by Degreebazaar pvt ltd. We help you discover and compare online university programmes, request guidance and explore career directions. We are not a university, awarding body, employer or clinical assessment provider. Using the service is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities and guardian involvement
Provide information you are entitled to share and keep it accurate. Do not impersonate others, submit another person’s data without authority, misuse private report links, attempt unauthorised access, or send abusive, unlawful or deceptive content. If you are under 18, involve a parent or legal guardian and obtain our verified guardian approval before submitting personal information. Do not send sensitive identity or health documents through general forms.
AI career guidance
Career Compass uses self-reported preferences and AI-generated explanations. It is not a scientifically validated psychometric test, IQ or aptitude score, psychological diagnosis, admission decision or employment assessment. AI can make mistakes and may reflect bias. A suggested career or course is an option to investigate, not a guarantee of admission, employment, salary or suitability. Review important decisions with qualified advisers and the relevant university. You can report inappropriate or inaccurate content from inside a report.
Course details and admissions
Fees, entry criteria, duration, recognition and availability may change between intakes. Verify the latest details, programme entitlement and payment terms directly with the university before applying or paying. An enquiry or eligibility request is not a completed university application or offer of admission. The university decides admissions and awards qualifications. Listing a programme does not promise admission or regulatory entitlement for every intake.
Fees, payments and cancellation
The current apps do not sell subscriptions, paid reports or digital courses and do not take tuition payments. If you enter a separate paid arrangement with DegreeBazaar or a university, obtain its written fees, cancellation and refund terms before paying; these terms do not invent a refund policy for a transaction that does not occur in the app. No payment is required to submit a privacy or deletion request.
Reports, content and links
You may save and use your report for personal career exploration. Keep its private access link confidential. Reports remain available for up to 12 months unless deleted sooner. Removing access from one device does not revoke copies you shared. University trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners; do not infer that every listed institution endorses every recommendation. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability, complaints and applicable law
We aim to maintain a useful service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free recommendations. We may restrict abusive use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies subject to mandatory consumer and privacy protections that apply to you.
